Welcome to Rock Springs/Green River all year!

Our KOA is the perfect place to set up base camp to begin your exploration of southwestern Wyoming. There is much to offer every member of your family...from the view of the White Mountains rising on the horizon to watching the wild horses roam the Red Desert, to hiking the ever-changing Killpecker Sand Dunes, to fishing in Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Whether you are just passing through or coming to explore southwestern Wyoming, we hope you'll stay with us at Rock Springs/Green River KOA.

So, You're Ready to Explore?

Let's first explore your base camp, Rock Springs/Green River KOA. You'll check in at our office where you'll be greeted by our friendly staff ready to get you started on a great camping experience. Located by the office, you'll find the store, the laundry room, a men's and women's restroom with showers, a video game room and phones. Next, you'll head to your campsite...either an rv pull-through site, a tent site, a one-room cabin or a deluxe lodge. In the morning before you head out for a day of exploring, stop by our Expresso Bar for a hot beverage. We offer latte, cappuccino, mocha and hot chocolate in three different sizes. After a day of exploration, stop by the pool, playground, basketball court, horseshoes or game room to have a little fun. For more information on our campground, click here.

Now, you're ready to go explore southwestern Wyoming...Rock Springs/Green River KOA is located on the edge of the Red Desert, one of the last high-desert ecosystems in North America. The city of Rock Springs, located along the Overland Trail, has much history to explore. If you are an off-road enthusiasts or enjoy hiking, then you'll want to visit the Killpecker Sand Dunes just northeast of our KOA. A visit to Flaming Gorge Reservoir, located a few miles southwest of Rock Springs/Green River KOA, is a must for the fishing or boating enthusiast. Antelope Visit

Over the winter, an antelope herd was spotted from the campground.
